Knowledge of Self: Who Are You Really?

“We are actually God Beings having a human experience.” -LeVar Burton

This coming September marks thirty years since I have had Knowledge of Self via knowing 120 Lessons. If you are unfamiliar with what 120 Lessons are here is a video that I shared about The Origin of 120 Lessons and How They Function. Yet and still, knowing this information is just part of my process of gaining Knowledge of Self, as there are many paths of enlightenment. Knowledge is more than just knowing a bunch of facts, having a lot of information, using AI to make intelligent-sounding social media statuses/comments, or posting our personal library online to look smart. Knowledge is awareness; consciousness that comes from the root word "know." When we use the phrase "Knowledge of Self" it begs the question what part of Self do we need to know? In order to do that, we need to first identify The Self. Is the Self our name? Is the Self our nationality, ethnicity, age, or gender? Is the Self our race or religious/non-religious ideas? Is the Self our language, accent, diet, or temperament? Is the Self the car that we drive, our career, income, relationship status, or the clothes that we wear? Is the Self the neighborhood that we live in, our medical and family history, hobbies, or future aspirations? Is the Self our physical body? And if we define the physical body as "ours", what is the Self that owns this physical body? These are "my hands", "my eyes", and "my brain" creating this article, yet what am I that owns these hands, eyes, and brain? Those are big questions that many people have never asked or explored. At the root of all of these parts of ourselves is awareness. Awareness, consciousness or knowledge is the essence of our identity, and it is infinite and intangible. That awareness, consciousness or knowledge is The Self that underlines these multidimensional, multilayered, and multifaceted aspects of who we are as sapient beings. LeVar Burton simply described this idea as, "We are actually God Beings having a human experience" during a recent Wild Card Interview with Rachel Martin. I would take it a step further by saying that as beings, we are also created with the same matter or star dust that created the physical universe. Our atoms, which are the building blocks of matter and everything that exists within the universe, is the same or undifferentiated.

We Are Star Dust

When we start to ponder the above questions about identity, we began to take ourselves to the "ledge" of what we "know" by exploring the limits of our thinking. And this thought process is often rooted in a westernized segregated thinking that betrays the wholistic thinking that classical and indigenous Black/Brown civilizations conceptualized and integrated this into our societies as first world people and the fathers and mothers of civilization. Knowing this ledge or limited thinking is the path of Knowledge [know + ledge = knowledge]. In order to ask "questions", it requires us to be on a "quest" [quest is the root of question]. The further we question and explore, this leads us to the conclusion that The Self, as infinite and intangible awareness/consciousness, it underlines the multidimensional, multilayered, and multifaceted aspects of who we are as sapient beings. It's a dichotomy because The Self is simultaneously many things while at the same time one. This is what is meant by the word individual; we are an indivisible [inseparable] duality. Knowledge of Self is a never-ending inner journey to explore the multidimensional, multilayered, and multifaceted aspects of who we are. The purpose of that exploration it is align with our infinite ability to elevate our consciousness, quality of life, sense of purpose, and relationships to others and this planet. This journey requires us to learn about our family, their stories, and how we got here on the map of human geography. It requires us to assess our diets to see what is best for us. It requires us to reexamine the things that we have embraced as principles, values, and social norms. It requires us to go places and expand our lived experiences by seeing something new. It also requires us to be studious by committing ourselves to learning about the past, what is presently happening, and considering how we can positively shape the future. It requires us to better understand the planet and our relationship to its animate/inanimate objects. These, and many other lifelong considerations, are a part of this journey of Knowledge of Self.

In this journey of Knowledge of Self, there three things that always happen:

  1. We learn new ideas.
  2. We confirm some things that we always knew.
  3. We learn to get rid of old ideas.
Every single thing that we experience fall within these three categories, and every category requires change. Sometimes that change is easier than others. I remember starting to learn how to identify unhealthy ingredients in packaged foods. Not eating those ingredients was easy. The hard part was oftentimes not having a reference guide in hand to look up ingredients while standing in a grocery store aisle; cell phones and Google did not exist at this time. Some of us find it hard to change our attitudes or habits about things that we always knew were right or wrong. I've known women who had a difficult time leaving an abusive relationship even though they knew it was the right thing to do. Sometimes it is easy to get rid of old ideas, sometimes it is not so easy. This self-diagnostic process helps us elevate our consciousness, quality of life, sense of purpose, and relationships to others and this planet. It is through this journey that we become more aware and empowered to share that knowledge with others, which may include how we were able to change our attitudes and habits.

 Endogenous vs Indigenous

Endogenous means originating within or an inward origin. Indigenous means originating in an outward place. As awareness/consciousness incarnated within a physical form, we are endogenous before being indigenous to any place. The mind [intangible] proceeds the body [tangible]. Anything that has an outward manifestation first originates within. This includes our audible voice. Before anyone can hear what we are thinking or what we are saying, it is first internally communicated through the inner voice. That voice that you are presently hearing inside of your head as you read this sentence is the inner voice. That voice, that we call the inner monologue, internal dialogue or self-talk, is the non-audible inward expression of awareness/consciousness. Where did it come from?

The inner voice that we hear inside of our head, that usually sounds like our voice, is not ours. We learned to claim it as ours. It’s actually a combination of ideas from different voices that we have heard throughout our lives. Some of those ideas that we claim are good, some are not. Some are louder than others. The journey of Knowledge of Self is also about processing and unpacking those ideas that we have identified with and claim as our inner voice. Because that self-talk which eventually manifests itself in how we talk about ourselves and others. A person who has low or vacant esteem, who always talk negative about themselves, has been socialized through a combination of negative ideas from different voices that they have heard throughout their lives. Children how have been told their entire lives that they are bad, ugly, or stupid, often adopt that idea as a part of their identity. That is sometimes the loudest voice that they hear inside of their head. And sometimes it requires more than religion, Supreme Mathematics, retreats, programs, psychedelics and etc. to change that. Sometimes people need therapy to help them process and unpack those negative ideas that we have identified with and claim as their voice. All of this is a part of one's journey of Knowledge of Self. Negative self-talk betrays and neutralizes the infinite potential of The Self. If our idea about who we are is limited to our career, relationship status, appearance, religion, etc., we fail to acknowledge the multidimensional, multilayered, and multifaceted aspects of who we are as sapient beings. It's like having a gift to create visual art within us and never acknowledging or exploring it. Most people have numerous gifts and abilities that they never explore(d) because they don't acknowledge that they are essentially multidimensional, multilayered, and multifaceted. They only identity with parts of who they are, not the whole.

Now, just because we do acknowledge this and consider ourselves to be on a journey of Knowledge of Self, it does not automatically mean that we know what to do with what they are learning. That requires wisdom. It is being aware of what we now know, and having the consideration, courage, consistency to use it. There are things that we learn about ourselves, and about others, that require us to change our relationships. That is not always easy. Imagine being in a relationship for many years that you always thought was true, then one day you find out that it was a lie and you were being cheated on. Imagine that this was your relationship to yourself, and one day you discover that you've been cheating yourself. You've been cheating yourself all of these years with ideas that betray your ability to elevate your consciousness, quality of life, sense of purpose, and relationships to others and this planet. Most people are not happy when they find this out. In fact, they become angry at themselves and others who they feel/believe set them up to be cheated on. Everyone who is on the journey of Knowledge of Self experience this kind of heartache. It's traumatic, and everyone doesn't recover from it. Some people stay heartbroken and vow to never associate with certain people, places, or things that trigger this trauma. I know people who had a traumatic academic experience, and their reaction [not response] to that trauma is anti-intellectualism. As anti-intellectuals, they became obsessively skeptical of anything academic and consistently smart shame and show disdain for people whom they believe are educated. It can take people a lifetime to recognize that has not been the wisest way to address this trauma. Sometimes recognizing this lack of wisdom requires therapy.

Wisdom is using right discernment [judgment] to apply what we know about ourselves, others and the world around us. As sapient beings, this is one thing that separates humans from animals. With a more advanced brain architecture, we possess a consciousness that enables us to think abstractly, solve complex problems, and experience life through self-aware sensory perception. While animals can demonstrate wisdom, humans have the ability to demonstrate supreme wisdom or a higher degree of discernment. That is, humans who are on a path of enlightenment. Historically speaking, when humans have not had a path of enlightenment, we see a decline of civilization and descent into a primitive state as evidenced in The Dark Ages. You can also see this evidenced in the Information Age where we still see a decline of civil discourse, civic engagement, and civilization even though the exponential growth in technology allows people to access more information than ever before. We see people who would rather produce hours of content talking negative about people, places, and things that they don't like instead of investing that same time and finances to create positive solutions. The irony is, some of these people claim to have Knowledge of Self; which shows a clear disconnect between What We Teach [knowledge] and What We Will Achieve [wisdom]. There can be a number of reasons for this disconnect and someone's inability/unwillingness to create positive solutions. Sometimes the problem IS the actual solution. And to solve some problems it may require us to delicately walk back across a fragile bridge that we burned. I can only imagine the level of humility, courage and consideration required to do this. I also understand that there must be some lessons in this to help us become wiser.

All of us are on a journey in life and will face challenges, that sometimes appear insurmountable. Some of those challenges are people, places, and things along the landscape and we will need the mental fortitude [knowledge] and skills [wisdom] to address them. The stories that we tell ourselves, the stories that others tell us, the stories that we agree/disagree with and how we use them either aligns with or betrays The Self's ability to meet those challenges. Those stories either align with or betrays our ability to explore The Self's multidimensional, multilayered, and multifaceted aspects of who we are as sapient beings. Our sense of identity is a fundamental part of that self-work. In a number of Surahs within the Quran, the Arabic phrase "Kun fayakūn/Kun Faya Kun" (كن فيكون) is used which means "Be and it is!" In the book of John 1:1 we read, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." If we think and tell ourselves that we can't, we won't. Regardless of the support and encouragement that is available to us. If we think and tell ourselves that we can, we will. Regardless of the lack of support and discouragement. Each day is an opportunity for us to be better and do better for ourselves, others and the planet. How we choose to ultimately see ourselves will determine what we do.

Saladin

The Art Of Knowing
By Allah Universal Lord Life Justice Shabazz
It’s natural for man to have doubts.  It is the thing which makes wise men go on quests.  Doubt is the taming power of the great.  Without doubt, man will likely become arrogant and unreceptive to what life has to offer.  True indeed, all life comes to earth from the great sun and this makes it a singularity, but due to our education in Western society, we have tendencies which lean individuality.  Truly man is a social creature, for civilizations have their universities, man unites with women and makes babies which leads to families, and knowledge of what came before gets disseminated amongst the people, even if they think they are all different (7/1-14).

Doubts should produce uncertainties.  Uncertainties arise from not knowing.  Knowing is not believing, although many base their lives on faith in the unknown.  We who have Knowledge of Self are gently persuaded to consider otherwise.  In other words, those who know—know better than that. We are scientists, and scientists are devoted to knowing.  We have a way of proceeding to remove all doubt; in this world, some call it a Scientific Method.  A scientific method, are methods undertaken in order to form theories.  Theories are defined as a supposition or system of ideas intended to explain something, especially one based on general principles independent of the thing to be explained: In other words, one does not go out to prove what he believes to be true, he bases his theories on general fundamental truths reasoned out of experiments or rules extracted out of general behavior.  For the scientist, belief manifests as an educated guess or hypothesis—made on the basis of limited evidence or feelings as a starting point for further investigation; but the key words here are further investigation.  For the scientist, all theories must be put to the test (to see what the results manifest): For how often do we hear the words SHOW AND PROVE?

Further investigations are proven through a chain of reasoning, leading to the truth.  Reasoning isn’t beliefs but knowledge established by a means of widely accepted truths called theorems.  This works within the scientific community; because the given premise is, they all are devoted to knowing.  In general civilization, this is not the case because there are forces of good and evil at work, amongst the society; preying on the unsuspecting millions (13/1-40).  The powers that be, in western society, continue daily to teach that all that one sees and hears comes from that mystery god (that no one will be able see before he dies).  “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try [trial/test] the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world”—1 John 4:1.

We who are wise need to distinguish between our lessons and the world we are living in: The lessons teach us the truth about the colored man and his Western society; we are only occupying a world in which Europeans created—called the New World; we call it, The Wild-erness of North America.  A scientist should always examine anything which comes into his or her sphere of awareness.  This is not a society that seeks to elevate the consciousness of its members like the Taoist, Buddhist or Five Percent: America is a capitalist society, whose primary goal is to capitalize off of people’s needs, desires and pursuit of happiness [17/1-40; 18/1-40]. The ungodly will not make this distinction between the society we are living in and the civilization they are living under.  They will read the papers, watch TV, go on Facebook and Twitter and take popular consensus as their basis of established means of widely accepted truths.  Donald Fagen says of this, “Don’t believe I’m taken in by stories I have heard, I just read the Daily News and swear by every word.”

Recognize family, it is our wariness which keeps us from falling a victim to the devil’s civilization; and our use of mathematics and lessons that helps us establish our theorems or widely accepted truths or knowledge.  Don’t let popular opinion or peer group pressure or conformity fool you.  We are original people, we are older than the sun, moon, and stars.  Our knowledge precedes all human form. Stick to what you know, not what you feel or believe.  Don’t let "nobody" fool you (25/1-36).

Actual Facts/Solar Facts
by Allah Universal Lord Life Justice Shabazz

Knowledge of Self begins with a quest and a desire to be whatever your findings conclude as being true. If not, you have not found the real you-- you have found an opinion: The opinion is that you are right and this knowledge is not. One of the principles concerning Knowledge of Self (at least from the NGE perspective) is that “Knowledge is the Foundation”. This means the beginning of any building starts with the foundation, which we have agreed is knowledge. This means actions should be based upon the known. Science comes from the word "scire" (Latin) which means to know-- as a scientist is one who is devoted to knowing, following a procedure known as the Scientific Method. You should be sure about things before you do it and the only true way to be sure is to put knowledge first. When building a home, often people start with architectural plans. These plans are based on Knowledge. In life, we look for confirmations concerning what we BELIEVE to be true but ultimately you are the judge. In order to be right and exact, you must have knowledge and facts as the foundation. We have learned through schooling that one source (reference) does not make a good term paper. Therefore, if one is to say something is knowledge, it should be confirmed from various sources that it is true. In your Alphabet, that which is true is on the square which is known as the "right" angle (20th Letter is T; Truth or Square). Directional compasses are constructed from the four corners of the square: North, South, East and West-- to cover all directions. So it is with knowledge of Self, you have to cover all directions and examine their basis or foundation to know where you are coming from-- whether or not your reasoning is sound and based on a strong foundation, which is knowledge or truth. This starts with the first degree in your Student Enrollment; “Who is the Original Man?” This is the first statement in the quest to know yourself, yet you can always tell who are persons of that said ability versus those who are still searching for something that does not exist, on the basis of how they see this degree. It is this degree and the awareness of triple stage darkness that forms the basis of your origin in this world. The first degree in the one to ten along with the knowledge of triple stage darkness are two things which define whether or not you are one of us or just talking the talk. Yet with some, there is a presence that these persons have taken an "outsider" or spectator's point of view when they attempt to build on aspects concerning "our origin in this world." (14/1-40) It is almost as if they are describing creation with them as the lecturer and not them as the Subject and Author of the story-- not something they have trust or belief in. There is a difference between theory and personal experience. Although both may write books, only the one with experience can deliver words that you can really understand and feel down in your soul! When you read something and the idea is not properly understood, the burden of proof lies not with the reader but upon the Author-- who supposedly knows but could not make understanding understood. The subtle truth is: If he or she knows and cannot make understanding understood it is questionable whether they are truly familiar enough with their subject to say they know it at all themselves. To know something you must have intimate details concerning (as in intercourse). To know the truth you must live it and live as it, that's how you get the intimate details to tell the story!

If you tell the story or chronicle of Creation and you are not visualizing your true self AS the Creator then you are a spectator. The best movies are the ones where the Hero (or Heroine) compel you to think and feel the ways they portry as actors. When you say Asiatic Blackman and you think of it as "those people" or "my ancestors," you are a spectator with the wrong perspective or point of view. When it says Maker, the Owner, the Cream of the Planet Earth... and you don't see this as a testimony towards who you are supposed to be now, you are on the outside looking in-- not the inside looking out. This is Knowledge of Self and this story is about you. This is the proper perspective and if you cannot see yourself as the Father of Civilization and God of the universe you have the wrong perspective and therefore do not have the ability. As John the Baptist said, "I am NOT the LIGHT but I came to bear witness to the light." One is a testimony based upon what one believes through observation to be true. The other is a testimony through the eyes of one who is. For the true and living God, one twenty is intimate details about the role and the characters assumed to show forth and prove God's powers in human form. The intimate details are obtained from putting that knowledge to the test and seeing what the results manifest-- of course this is with an honest and impartial observation. What this means in street vernacular is, "Just because it's you who is causing all this to happen, don't B.S. yourself, give yourself a pass or give yourself the benefit of the doubt." Knowledge of Self is about research and development: Ups and downs-- strengths and weaknesses. Cultivation based upon acknowledgment and obligation. Either you see yourself AS or you come to interpret. (28/1-36)

One of the things which might have you as a spectator is an opinion. Is that difference based upon the presence of another truth? Quite the contrary. Much of this is based upon belief originating from the way one is raised. Since we are in the West, it only stands to reason that most of the concepts are Western. Since most of us have only lived in America, it is hard for us to see or think outside of Western concepts. An opinion is not knowledge or a hypothesis [educated guess] (in most cases). An opinion is (in most cases) a belief that one has or a view one might have based upon your assessment of an experiences one had and is having. This assessment may or may not be true, but it is how one feels. Feelings have a strong influence over our physical composition. It is our nerve endings that tell us many things. It is responsible for touch. Feelings are the major resource for how we judge physical sensations and stimuli. However, for wise and intelligent People, there must be other sources of confirmation-- other ways of making sure that things are what we believe them to be.

In the course of my lifetime within this physical form, I have witness many who masquerade strong feelings for intuition or habits as the way things are. This is ludicrous behavior. Those feelings are the impressions the event left upon you. That, however, does not make those impressions the truth. Nonetheless, those that do this feel that their feelings are just as real and as valid as knowledge. This takes us into another chamber one experienced as a child, a chamber where fear, envy, jealousy, lust and hate rule in place of better judgment. A place where anxiety and fear of something maybe more overpowering than what is actually occurring. As fantastic as it may seem, many People live their lives according to these feelings and impulses. In a word, the act is called impressionable. People who can be stirred in this way are called excitable and fanciful People. These are people led by their feelings instead of true knowledge. This is a very dangerous way to live. Knowing what the truth is-is half of the battle in overcoming adversity. The other half is letting go of bad habits.

"We wanted to go back to our own country but we could not swim 9,000 miles." (32/1-36) Our subjection to our captors and the laws of slavery allowed our children to grow up without their parents and doing what they had to do in order to survive. As said earlier, most of us knew nothing about any worlds outside of Western concepts (culture) until we saw Knowledge of Self. Without the guidance of our parents, the knowledge of our past rapidly deteriorated. We pieced together what we could in those days in order to be civilized and survive in the Western world. Until Knowledge of Self, the Blackman in America concepts were derived from Western ideas. The schooling: Western. Ideology: Western. Beliefs: Western. Even some of our People became Masons during the period before Knowledge of Self entered this country in the attempt to gain higher knowledge (“but there is no reason to do that today” -Elijah Muhammad in Theology of Time). But what is taught to the Black masses in the West (Western ideology) conflicts with the truth within our Lessons. It gives many of our People opinions that will not allow them to "rise above 6 miles from the earth's surface" to become the "Sun" or "Knowledge" that they are, nor see the fallacy in Western Empirical thinking.

"Me and my people who have been lost from home for 379 years (457 years from the date of this recitation) have tried this so called mystery God for bread, clothing and a home and received nothing but hard times, hunger, nakedness, in and out of doors, also beaten and killed by the ones who advocated that kind of God. And no relief came, until the son of man came to our aid, in the name of your prophet W. D. Fard.” (11/1-40) This is a statement that all Blacks can relate to. This is the American cultural experience for a large number of Blacks in America. This is the “One Nation under the God” mentioned above that passed laws and forged these sentiments. What this says in essence is, we tried to go along with what the culture advocated and this is what we got; “nothing but hard times, hunger, nakedness, in and out of doors, also beaten and killed by the ones who advocated that..” This Lesson says how we were during the date of these acts and we tried to do what so-called White Christians advocated as a Society and look what happened. Anyone who knows anything about impressionable persons would have to say that the overall aversion that Black people have concerning the study of slavery can be traced back to the impression that slavery made upon us. What this statement says in this Lesson is THEIR WAYS ARE NOT OUR OWN-- WE TRIED THEIR WAY AND GOT ABUSED. This is the good old God, Religion and Country aspect of life taught by the West. The European had successfully stole the land from the Native American, imported us like beast of burden to do their menial labor, while carrying a religious, philosophical and cultural perspective that allowed plenty of them not to have a problem with what their Society was doing. Post-slavery we had other concerns. While enslaved it was pretty clear who's World it was and what you had to do to stay alive. After slavery we had to concern ourselves with what would keep us employed-- and in most cases alive! Segregation was "alive and kicking" up until the sixties in the North and South; separate toilets, restrooms and hotels for Blacks and Whites! Those were tough times for Black people, especially during the time these degrees were transcribed (1934). Many of our People were doing the "Rodney King" (doing what it took not to upset the powers that be), looking for charity and humanity (civilization) out of so-called White Christian people. Most of us even tried to learn their religion and the above treatment is what we received.

This is the same fear that has manipulated many of us not believe anything we didn't learn in this Country or beyond Western concepts-- "because the devil taught them to eat the wrong foods.” (10/1-36) This allows a Man to study degrees about God and still behave like a Devil. "Who made the Holy Koran or Bible?" (1/1-40) If you agree with the answer and say that the Blackman is synonymous with knowledge, then the knowledge contained within these books is knowledge that is synonymous with how we live or strive to refine into living. After all, you wrote it. The "light" that John the Baptist spoke of is Jesus, but Jesus' teaching was not Christianity. Christianity is a story and practice based upon those (disciples) who came to bear witness to the light and subsequently organized those teachings. Those teachings were in Hebrew, which means in order to have them in English, they had to be interpreted. The path of the interpretation went from Greek and Latin, then English. Constantine the Great made Christianity the state (Roman) religion. King Henry VIII used it in an attempt to have his marriage annulled. King James used it for political reasons.

Black people who lived in 1934 (as well as the times of Slavery and Reconstruction)-- after facing such adversity-- had no other choice but to depend on their own! From 1900-1934 was a time of many great discoveries in America for Black people. Engineers, Entrepreneurs (Businessmen), Sports Teams like the Negro League all came around during the first half of the century. The Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) was developed within this slot of time-- its' founder, Marcus Garvey was in communication with Booker T. Washington. Marcus had great admiration for Booker T. As a matter of fact, Booker T. knew George Washington Carver. As a matter of fact, plenty of our people cooperated with each other during the Segregation time period; we only had each other. We really didn't have much of a choice: You couldn't go to a white cleaners or mechanic during those times-- most of your services were only performed by people who look just like you.

"I, John, who also am your brother and companion in tribulation and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God and testimony of Jesus Christ.” (27/1-40) The Romans didn't treat Jesus that great either. THIS PART OF THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DEGREE SIGNIFIES THAT PEOPLE OFTEN BAND TOGETHER DURING HARD TIMES. And segregation was just that. Not only did our people face a "Separatist Society" but we often faced their jealousy when our businesses, discoveries and inventions were doing well. Did you know that our people had a Black Wall Street? Did you know it was highly successful? Did you know that an angry mob of Whites burned Tulsa down to the ground? These were the type of odds we faced during the time period of 1934, yet our comradery and success greatly out-shined what we do today. The way we got out of the Segregated, "come in through the servants entrance in the back" was the "we're fired up-- we ain't gonna take it no more" attitude of the Civil Rights Struggle. Of course laws reflect the level of the people's mentality, so going up against the system in a racist World meant to get Freedom, Justice, and Equality. This meant you will be going against the status quo and therefore breaking the laws of a Segregated Society. And of course, they would try by all means necessary to reestablish equilibrium to their unjust Society by means of military force, invasion of homes and meeting places, letting attack dogs loose on the protesting populations and etc... Our ancestors risked a lot to change this racist segregated Society into a fairer World.

In this regard, Martin Luther King Jr.’s angle was very shrewd indeed. By following some of the non-violent protest techniques implemented by Ghandi (of India), King engaged the violence of the segregated, racist regimes on an international media platform clearly showing no signs of violence while those elements in American Society unleashed theirs. Like apartheid, in the world's eye, their acts were an embarrassment to the Western community. They were sic’ing dogs on innocent women and children, fire-bombing churches and etc. No way could they justify their actions in the World's eyes. Something had to be done to change the appearance of such things: Tokenism, olive-branches, affirmative actions, law revisions and etc. However, this was done at a great amount of personal sacrifice by those who practiced non-violence. Though I commend those and appreciate their sacrifices, as well as recognized their efforts-- along with the UNIA, OIC, The Black Panthers, NAACP, SNCC, The Nation of Islam, Moorish Americans, Organization of African American Unity, Malcolm's efforts towards a stronger Pan-African Movement and etc.-- a non-violent practice would never work for me. Not that I am violent, I just know how hard that is to stand back while being treated unfairly. I am an Activist and subscribe to progressive philosophy, therefore I am convinced that the progressive elements within the five percent work best for what I know and understand.

Personally, I think we lost something when we tried to integrate and fit into the Caucasian man's existing program. Many of us would just like to forget about it. Many White people would like for us to move on and pretend like it didn't happen. This would mean that if this were true, they would not have to work at building a free Black Nation, they could live under the one that the Whiteman created. But then again, what position would that place White people in since it is their World? Acts like this would allow Western Society to escape the atrocities it perpetrated on us as a people. As said earlier, "This is a very dangerous way to live." It's like a person having been violently robbed in the subway, then avoiding ever going near a subway again: Many of our self esteem issues as a people can be related to how the ruling class in this Society treated us as a result of slavery. This is the reason why we have to replace our opinions with knowledge and actual facts, to dare to be willing to struggle to learn how to rise above-- outside of the Caucasoid dimensions. That's a Solar Fact!

What I see in these days and times is consciousness manifested as boys and girls, as well as men and women, just don't get it family. They are under some foolish notion that they are individually Allah and Earth-- how ludicrous. “Holy is something that has not been mixed, tampered or diluted with in any form” (9/1-14) and this is precisely what Allah is: One consciousness and one mind with one means of making the will of that consciousness manifest. As we exist within these various forms, with each generation-- our unity is becoming increasingly harder and harder to see. This is mainly due to an emphasis by immature thought process by ego-centered persons who only look to achieve things for their limited circumference; which does not focus on family units or those advocated for the same common cause but what they can get from others. This means while they "won't give you a dime", they depend on the charity of others to further their cause and once they get it. They are not interested in teaching civilization to others so that all may prosper. May I remind you that “if the civilized does not perform his duty which is teaching civilization to others-- he (or she) will be punished with a severe punishment.” (19/1-40) You have heard me say numerous times that "God is a group reality seen through individual eyes". How can you expect to get which you yourself are not willing to give? All which raises consciousness depends on a mind which focuses on the whole: A King and or Queen has subjects and despite the obvious perks, he or she has to consider at all times what is best for the entire kingdom. A person predisposed to these considerations will get how all these lessons have their relationship to him or her, while the ungodly will miss the point every time. Take the King's degree (knowledge knowledge) within your knowledge to culture cipher: It mentions 379 years ago. How many of you thought about the date the degree was written? How many of you young souls considered the social conditions (social equality) those of our people were enduring during the date of the degrees writing? You don't need the Devil to "keep our own people apart from their social equality" (8/1-14) because you are performing the task yourself by thinking more like them (the Devil) by adapting to his customs and ways and being so ego-centered. Didn't the Romans live off the decree: "Divide and conquer?" This is mainly due to an emphasis of immature thought processess (plural process) by ego centered persons, who only look to achieve things for their own limited mental circumference: People who do not focus on family units or those advocated for the same common cause-- just what they can get from others. “To make Devil one must begin grafting from the original” (31/1-40) and when you only focus upon your being, this is precisely what you are doing. You have to think Globally and Act Locally. Somebody has to put you on in order for you to be with it. As a baby you are vulnerable and have to depend on the charity of others... My point is our people are us and the social conditions are very important in figuring out the level of social equality and civilization at any given point in time. Did you realize chronologically that this chronicle was written in the Great Depression? What conditions were happening during the Depression? How were race relations between Blacks and Whites at that point and time? How does that compare to the conditions of 1555 (some 379 years ago)? Besides the obvious, this degree is building on that and saying the God the ruling class of America serves cannot be a force for good when it comes down to Black people, yet “he continues daily to teach that all that we see and hear comes from that mystery God." (13/1-40) And while you say that you don't subscribe to that philosophy, lacking the ability to work collectively is somewhat like waiting on a mystery God to bring you food -because you don't do for yourself and would sell us out to profit separately. That is why these actual facts elude you because you don't think of the collective (family, people, etc.) as your true Self and therefore do not focus on doing for Self-- so you miss the subtleties and the whole picture eludes your understanding. If you could think of how our people were fairing in both time periods and do just a little research, what a benefit this might be. But you are sleeping on your Self and not truly benefiting from what the group has to offer which advocated for the same common cause.

“We cannot go about business of social reform in the typical "American Negro" or "American Black" fashion... we have our own standards...”-Life

Remember when we were young, how we did things and our Parents came in on the catastrophe? The weight of such events were too heavy for us to take on "the weight" (6/1-40), so we conveniently transferred the guilt to our little brother or sister? We thought we were so smart, we didn't have to face the music and we could go on like it never happened... Well we did alter events: an innocent person was hung and we shrugged off the deed as if to say, "Better you than me-- besides I didn't like you anyway… " We were immature. We had a dysfunctional philosophy; more like a mythology -because parts of the system was missing. Partly, because we were trying to discover "A RIGHT WAY TO DO WRONG," and partly because we had not gone through enough experiences to see the folly in our convenient way to get out of trouble or "get out of jail free." We are not so young now and we know that there is no pot of gold at the end of the "rainbow." We have learned "what goes around comes back around again" and we who have Knowledge of Self realize that there is no growth without accepting responsibility. While the eighty-five (85%) still believes that a Mystery God keeps his eyes on us all above the clouds, and man is only human and therefore subject to err-- those who embrace our system solidly, see life very differently...

If you knowledge one hundred and twenty (120) Lessons, you know that "Earthquakes is caused by the Son of Man (sun in man) experimenting with high explosives. In fact, all that above is caused by the son of man." (8/1-40) But I say here that some of you are taking this quite extremely literal (as opposed to allegorical). There are many Women who are walking away from relationship "train wrecks," staggering from the physical and psychological damage-- then going public, talking about "how their Man failed to do what they believe is proper in their relationships." The way they speak is very powerfully antagonistic-- not to mention tactless and not much owning up to their implications in the incident. There are also similar conversations taking place in cyberspace amongst our Men. I guess our proclivity to hip-hop culture has much to do with this. And equally, the assertive classes in the late 70's and 80's -spearheaded by the business minded Feminist-, may have produced overtones amongst the female population which are causative factors as well. You may use the word "misogyny" b.u.t. a lot of this posturing is equally as bad as some of the language in the "rap world." I seriously doubt that either type is going to get favorable behavior from others -when talking so abrasively.

While many may feel it is necessary to "keep it real" and express our feelings, it is important to understand that there is a proper time and place to express those ideas and feelings and other times when you have to stick to what you know to be true. Our Black Prince, Al Hajj Malik Shabazz [Malcolm X], often cautioned us against "airing our dirty laundry out in public" amongst the "enemy's" media. Ironically, it was his statements about John F. Kennedy's Assassination, and his perceived ideas of infidelity claimed to be perpetrated by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad that laid him open to the attacks that culminated in his own death. Family, our people have lost a lot of key critical figures within the black population over words permeated throughout the American airwaves, and the skillful manipulation of their words by The Press.... We might not want to look at it this way, but the Internet is a tool of the Government. It was first conceived as the World Wide Web to connect Military ‘High Rank’ Officials throughout the World, then it was "dumb-down" and dressed up for public consumption.... Interestingly enough, these same types of psychically arrested People seldom use the word "we," nor inclusive words like "us", "our", "Family," Nation, etc., while the words constantly appear in our Lessons when referring to the TRUE SELF-- They are constantly indicating to us that they are imperfect, when the word "perfect" does not appear in our Lessons... Only the word "Righteous" [as in "Righteous People" (4/1-14)] appears in our text, when referring to anything near perfection concerning the Asiatic Blackman and Woman. So, which one is it, People? Ironically, amongst these phrases are references which assert that there is "NONE OF US WHO ARE OTHER THAN RIGHTEOUS (15-16/1-36). I can only surmise that some of us who claim that they have Knowledge of Self, must have a slight identity crisis... These effects are produced by a cultural conflict of being in the current Society that we (members of The NGE) are incarnated into, and not indicative of the Culture we are striving to recapture. Some of us feel we are so hip that we can "walk tight-rope style across the bobbed-wire cyclone fences." That we got something for everybody on both sides of the fence. "Niggers talk about the mind-- my mind, your mind, ‘I Got that B@tches mind uptight’... Niggers don't know a damn thing about the mind, or else they'd be right" -- Last Poets.

My People, especially my Black Women, I am not trying to trivialize the dysfunctional mistreatment of Women in relationships. Many of the issues brought up are very real and need to be seriously addressed, b.u.t. the solution to battered Women does not solely rely on trying to reform "the demon" who did that to you! The resolution would be more effective IF THE BATTERED WOMEN WHO WANT CHANGE, WOULD CHANGE THE THINGS THEY DO WHICH CREATES THE CONDITIONS WHICH LEAVES THEM VULNERABLE TO THIS UNWANTED BEHAVIOR. That places the power of change in the hands of the People who want the change. After all, waiting for "someone else to do something else so that you can be happy", places the power to change things in someone else's hands-- making it something that you have no control over. There is nothing you can do about someone else's choice to do something different. You cannot force a person to do Right, be Righteous, or ‘Do the Right Thing’. If you think I'm wrong, all you have to do is take a look at the Prison System in America and you'll see that a Prisoner's rehabilitation lies solely on the Individual wanting to do Right or change their lives, not the Institution's ability to effectively institute proper change in a Prisoners attitude-- a.ka. Prison Houses are not Correctional Facilities! Therefore this type of behavior of trying to "get the World to change so that you can feel better," leaves battered Women powerless to affect the change she wants, because she has empowered the ill-behaved person with the keys to her salvation-- Our Lessons teaches that THE ONLY SAVIOR IS SELF! We can only make knowledge born, it is up to the Individual to want more for themselves and accept the Lesson or the wisdom behind the words...

A while back, after 1973, Hip Hop changed from a party-phrasing Master of Ceremony (MC) with a production sound crew of re-garbled rhythm and blues music, into MC poets who included "battle raps" and "disses" amongst their arsenal of "popular attention getting poetry." Many of these so-called "Rappers" were skilled in the art of story telling and the stories they told had mass appeal because they mimicked situations which happen in real life. And as far as Feminists of the late 70's/early 80's were concerned, a lot of Women's difficulties in the business world and in life were attributed to the idea that most Women were not as assertive as their "male counterparts", therefore, efforts must be made in order to get Women to be more assertive. This led to more aggressive moves being made by Women, while relying on the older societal etiquette and cultural constraints placed upon Men in Society, in order to gain more respect for Women doing less, yet expecting to be "treated like a lady". This too is ironic, since a lot of assertive behavior is less than "lady-like," often spearheaded by Women who many times "love other Women" and are less concerned about the social status of Man-Woman Relationships. They could care less about how heterosexual relationship are fairing out these days..., b.u.t. when you are assertive or aggressive, you can look forward to their being a battle. There is nothing loving about aggression, and imposing your will upon another can only produce resistance.

In a normal setting, Men talk about general difficulties with their male friends in private and females talk about these same difficulties with their "girlfriends" in private but seldom are these ideas expressed to the "opposite" sex in full disclosure and in a public setting (barring momentary "lashings out" and "soap-box" antics)... However, in the current media of music, Hip-Hop and R & B carry-on "knock down, dragged out" conversations concerning problems between Men and Women. Things between a Man and Women in a Relationship, should be kept private between Men and Women (unless you are in counseling or doing self-help artistry). They say that Jazz Music is a True American Classical Art form. America produced the conditions which laid down the foundation for this music to be produced. The same thing goes for Blues in this Country, as well as Hip-Hop, and a lot of "Black" behavior. While there are some common treads, Blacks in America act quite different from Blacks around the world. The West produced the conditions that produced Feminism. The ideas of the ruling class of Western Society towards masculinity is greatly responsible for the Feminist reaction. It is highly unlikely that the struggles for Women's empowerment in China or within Buddhism is called Feminism. The same goes for Women's equality in the religion of Islam. The parameters are different. The roles for Women and Men are different. The responsibility towards the family is different. The taking on of gender responsibility is different. The acceptance of gender-bending or alternate lifestyles are different than in the West... And as The NGE, we are doing something different, so our values are different. We cannot go about business of social reform in the typical "American Negro" or "American Black" fashion... we have our own standards...

The Build or Destroy Lesson within the Knowledge of your Culture's cipher (8/1-40) expressively says, "The Earth is approximately covered under water, approximately three-fourths of its surface." That three-fourths is equivalent to seventy five percent (God-power) water. They say all life started out in the sea. Human beings are made up of about seventy five percent water and are incarnated in a membrane full of brine-like water. Interesting... Water is used to symbolize wisdom. Water is also used to symbolize emotions. Emotions can be feelings and emotions can be viewed as an invocation or motivation (emote is the root of the word emotion). To emote means to stir.

"The Sun and the Moon has an attracting power on our Planet while it is traveling at that terrific speed of 1,037 1/3 miles per hour on its way around the Sun." Now those who are familiar with esoteric writings, Kabalistic Societies such as the Khammau of Khamit (Kemit or so-called "Ancient Egypt"), and just arcane medical terminology, know that the "Sun," or solar part of the brain is the "cerebrum." The "Moon" or lunar part of the brain is called the "cerebellum." Things like volition, or awareness, as well as direct conscious decisions are conducted by the Mind (i.e. Universal Mind) in the "cerebral" part of the brain. Things like survival functions, such as breathing, condition reflexes (also Katas in martial arts) are performed by the Mind in the "cerebellum" part of the brain. "Lunar" functions can also give way to that which is subliminal, subtle forms of stimulations. It can relate to deep seated sentimentalities which compel you into associated feelings, which then affects your biophysical and physical body. In The NGE terminology, the "Sun" is symbolic to the "Black Man" and the "Moon" (which reflects the light of the Sun), is symbolic to the "Black Woman". So when we look at life through human eyes, our awareness and our will (direct ordering vehicle), as well as our conditioned reflexes are symbolized by the term "Sun and Moon." When we view things as ‘gender specific’, Man and Woman are symbolized by the same terms. We also know that another way of looking at the word "attracting," as in "attracting power," is "driving" or "compelling." That is, those things which bring things to you and those things which compel you to act. In the plus degree, "Effects Of Thoughts On Health And Body," it states "The Body is the servant of the Mind and obeys the operations of the Mind, whether deliberately chosen or automatically expressed." B.u.t. the complementary and/or opposite point of view is just as valid. For everything that happens there is a reaction and/or a feeling associated with it. "For every action, there's always an equal and opposite reaction" (the third of Sir Issac Newton's theory on the Laws of Motion). All the Universe was created by a "desire" for Allah to experience his said qualities or powers (38/1-40). Things that happen or CURRENT events may stir you or attempt to compel you into action. We may give into this feeling or we may choose to ignore it. Some things should be ignored... But to institute real change, you have to WANT it bad enough (or WANT MORE FOR YOURSELF) in order to emote, evoke, invoke, the REAL POWER 38/1-40). The choice is yours! It is OUR PREROGATIVE, b.u.t. you do feel me stirring the atmosphere with this type of writing, don't you?

Bear in mind, the question is "What makes rain, hail, snow, and earthquakes? The answer ends with "Earthquakes is caused by the Son of Man (sun of man) experimenting with high explosives. In fact, all that above is caused by the son of man." (8/1-40) Now when we deal with how the degree started out with the statement that "the Sun and the Moon has attracting power on our Planet," the above facts suggest that it could be a Man (Sun) or a Woman (Moon). The word "Son" is a homonym to the word "Sun." If the "Son" of Man is replaced with the "Sun" of Man, then we can say that ALL HAS TO DO WITH THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF MAN AS IN HU-MAN BEINGS; which includes both Male and Female. This means that all that above is caused by what you are aware of, or your need to know/be informed of for your mission in life. The above degree was to point out that those of us who stake claim to being divine are responsible for what happens in our life. "The Sun and Moon having attracting power" upon the water of the earth refers to the ‘direct conscious decisions’ (Sun= awareness or Knowledge) and those ‘indirect subliminal impulses’ or ‘feelings’ (Moon= reflection, sentimentality or need of Wisdom) that effect the emotions (water) within our physical composition (earth)... It is about what you allow and what you don't do. It is about what you know and don't know. It is about how aware you are and how wise. It is about how wise you are and what procedures you have. It is about how prepared are you and what you do with that preparedness [and that servant which knew his Lord's will and prepareth not himself... (19/1-40)]. The degree is telling you to take responsibility for letting the wrong persons or activities into your life, making the wrong decisions, or giving right acts of love to the wrong persons...

This raises a very important issue: "Are you squaring your actions to the truth or are you driven by your feelings?" Are you being a Scientist [one who is devoted to knowing] or a love-sick puppy? They say in drug rehabilitation circles, "People, Places and Things." You cannot keep going around the same people you used to get high with, hanging out in the same places, and doing the same things you used to do getting high and expect to change. Similarly, you cannot try to reform the people at the bar, or urge the bar owners to make their establishment a "vegetarian juice bar," so that you won't drink when you are in those places... As Civilized People, the proper place to express disagreement is amongst the People involved in the disagreement. This means that we start with the People involved; if this does not work, then we express it with the People associated. If the matter is rampant, then it may be necessary to born this knowledge in Parliaments and Street Academies -to evolve a way to address our Nation's issues. When we make our issues pubic within American Society, we peak curiosity in a negative manner. AIRING OUT OUR DISAGREEMENTS IN PUBLIC COMPROMISES OUR IMAGE AS THE NGE AND FIVE PERCENT BY LEANING ON AN OUTSIDER'S PERCEPTION ON WHAT WE ARE DOING AS A GROUP. The tools an outsider uses to attempt to understand our Cultural issues and/or difficulties cannot possibly be proper -because to him we are no more than a mythology; an oddity rooted in things he doesn't understand... All of the Lessons from Build (8) to Knowledge Understanding (13) within the Knowledge to Culture Cipher (8-13/1-40) comments on the God in you versus the Mystery God concept that the Devil teaches about in the Western World. You have to decide what you really BELIEVE or have FAITH in. I'm speaking about what's in your heart, not what you claim: the things you really trust in without doubt.

Earthquakes or violent upheavals in our lives should not be approached from the other persons point of view. That is something that you don't control personally. The "Blame Someone Else Game" is a game played by those who are not accepting full responsibility. Divine Beings should be "God of their Universe," WE (collectively as One) are "Lord of All The Worlds." If you want to control something, learn how to control yourself first, then be more discerning with who you pick to be partners with. It isn't what you give that is the problem, it is who you give it to. "Change your 'Mind' and you change your relationship to time" -George Clinton/ Funkadelic (SONG: Good Thoughts, Bad Thoughts). I am not ridiculing anyone, I am giving constructive criticism to those who know how to use such advice. The situation is within your hands. You have the power.

Classes, Dianetics & Colored Girls

A.S.I.A. Civilization Classes
Back in the early 2000’s, I started holding Civilization Classes at the Public Library here in Atlantis twice a Month, and also Volunteered at a local Recreation Center doing After School Civilization Classes for the Youth every Wednesday. I did this consistently for about a year and half until I was able to establish the support and secure the funding/space necessary to operate my own Mentorship Program: ‘L.I.F.E. Afterschool Program’. Since then, and with the addition of various other Offline/Online Projects and Programs I’ve created, I haven’t organized Civilization Classes in my City since that time.

Through a series of FB Notes I was tagged in by CB’S Alife Allah dealing with the importance and functions of Civilization Classes, I reflected upon some of the recent changes I’ve made in my Schedule, and saw the perfect opportunity to once again reorganize these Classes in my Local Region. A.S.I.A. Civilization Classes began in October, are held twice a Month, and here is the PURPOSE and GOALS:

PURPOSE
To promote Personal/Collective Growth & Development and Responsibility through, but not limited to: Group Study Sessions, Workshops, Presentations, Field Research, Volunteering, Entrepreneurialism, and Guest Speakers.

GOALS
1. To provide a Local/Regional Meeting Space and Learning Environment for Gods/Earths and Original People who are striving to gain ‘Knowledge of Self’. To educate People about our Nation and What We Teach.

2. To offer 120 Classes for Gods/Earths who already have or are currently learning our 8-Point Cultural Curriculum; Supreme Mathematics, Supreme Alphabet, Student Enrollment (1-10), 1-14, 1-36, 1-40, Actual Facts, Solar Facts, *12 Jewels

3. To Network with Local/Regional Organizations and Businesses that implement/fund Programs to combat Family Dysfunction, Juvenile Delinquency, and Community Deterioration.

If you’re interested in seriously Participating, please email me at: quanaah@math.com for Dates, Times, and Location(s).

The NOI & Scientology (Allah in the person of L. Ron Hubbard)
I wrote about The Nation of Islam (The NOI -under the Leadership of Min. Farrakhan) changing it’s orientation a while ago. So the fact that Min. Farrakhan is now steering his Believers in the direction of learning ‘Dianetics’ via The Church of Scientology, doesn’t surprise me. Hey I’ve studied it myself, as I have/do various Worldviews, so I do cee the value in that! What I still don’t agree with is The NOI’s “straying away” (7/1-14) from their Traditional Foundation: “The Teachings” (The Supreme Wisdom Lessons). Now correct me if I’m wrong b.u.t., I don’t think there’s anything more important or sacred for an NOI Believer than studying, learning, and being committed to the actual Words/Teachings of ‘Allah’ in the person of Master Fard Muhammad and ‘The Messenger’ The Honorable Elijah Muhammad. I also don’t thing there is anything more important or sacred than studying, learning, and being committed to The Bible if you’re a Christian, The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures if you're a Jehovah Witness, the Old Testament if you’re Hebrew, the Koran if you’re Muslim, and etc… So to cee such excitement going on amongst The NOI because they’re now studying under L. Ron Hubbard, while 'The Supreme Wisdom Lessons' remain a relic of the past, collecting dust in a Temple basement, is really a tragedy. Like I said, I’ve studied ‘Dianetics’ and Scientology and cee value in the information yet it's “nothing in comparison to that of the Original Man.” (32/1-40) I personally think it would be much more beneficial for Min. Farrakhan to establish MANDATORY ‘Supreme Wisdom’ Study Classes for his Believers. I’d definitely be willing to attend and add on, as I’m sure many other Gods/Earths would!

Now, I posted on my Facebook Status about researching the relationship L. Ron Hubbard (Scientology Founder) had to Jack Parsons and Aleister Crowley. For those of you who keep up with this Journal, I briefly wrote about the importance of studying Aleister Crowley approximately 4 years ago on Nov. 21st, 2006: LINK HERE. As I also stated in my Facebook Status, I don’t expect NOI Believers to disobey Min. Farrakhan’s orders to not study ‘Dianetics’, b.u.t. I did encourage them to do some more research while they’re there. Doing this research is very important if they want to really get a broader perspective.

Ultimately, I think this new Direction taken by The NOI (under the Leadership of Min. Farrakhan) is taking his Followers further and further away from “The Teachings” of ‘Allah’ in the person of Master Fard Muhammad and ‘The Messenger’ The Honorable Elijah Muhammad. And I base this statement on the fact that “The Supreme Wisdom Lessons” still remains a National Non-Priority in The NOI across the board.

For Colored Girls
"It's like creating a world that's women-centered, so aberrant male forms really look aberrant." -Ztozake Shange 1986 in speaking about her Stage Play “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf

As a Black Man, here's four important things to consider before passing up an excellent opportunity to learn something: 1.) Most Black Women who've ceen this Film can identify with the Character Profiles and Experiences of the Women in this Movie, some more than others. 2.) Most of their experiences happen(ed) 'behind closed doors'. 3.) None of these experiences were openly discussed with Males, especiallythe Males in their lives. 4.) This Film is 'Female-Centered' which means it's a rare opportunity to cee ourselves as Males/Men as an extra. Most Films are 'Malecentic' and it's definately a benefit to be a fly on the wall to cee/hear what some Women really think about, deep down inside, yet would never share with us in a "trillion years" (10/1-40).

For Colored Girls was very educational and intricate. I personally think People need to watch it at least a couple times. Not because you won’t get it, b.u.t. because it’s so many layers to it, complexities of Characters, and situation dynamics, I think it’s hard to appreciate it viewing it once. This was not a Movie, it’s a Social Study, and as far as “craftsmanship” is concerned, I think that this is by far Tyler Perry’s best Movie.

For those who aren’t aware of The Original 1975 Stage Play which was later made into a Movie in 1982, it was originally Titled “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf”. The “When the Rainbow Is Enuf” alludes to the gender politics of the Play’s Creator ‘Ztozake Shange’, who is a self proclaimed Black Feminist. Tyler Perry did an excellent job at translating the themes of this Original 1975 Stage Play to the Big Screen. Although the “…Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf” was dropped from the Title, the poetic backdrop and gender politics were still accurately conveyed in Tyler Perry’s Movie. The only drawback from For Colored Girls is the fact that I can cee many Original Women walking away from the Theatre feeling empowered and more conscious of the importance of Sisterhood, while still maintaining a negative opinion of Males/Men; “Gurrrrl we gotta stick together cuz these, niggas, ain’t, shit!” Although Sisterhood was a major theme of For Colored Girls, the real work of reconciling Relationships between Black Men/Women and forging functional Family Units was a theme not specifically addressed or discussed. It left me wondering, “What’s next for ‘us’ (our Relationships)? Considering the gender politics of Ztozake Shange, the questionability of Tyler Perry’s sexual orientation, and the fact that this reconciliation was obviously excluded from the Movie also begs the question, “Is resolving the dysfunction between Black Male/Female Relationships even important?” To paraphrase a statement the God Life made on the Queen By All Means Blogtalk Radio Show, "The Relationship issues our Women are speaking about are legitimate issues, yet the proposed solution to these issues are not if it doesn't involve a reconciliation with their male counterparts." Some Women will argue the point that this Movie was For Colored Girls, and the more Women can share and support eachother in resolving their issues as Sisters, they’ll be more equipped to make better choices and forge better relationships with Men. I can cee the value in such a statement, and only hope that this is ultimately the determined idea of my Sisters AFTER the final credits roll. In order to consider and hold such a sacred position, a Woman must be capable of identifying with and looking past the multiple “Mister” Monstrosities that represented the general Character Profiles of the Males within this Movie -that are unfortunately a very real segment within our Communities! However, it is also very real that there are many Brothers who’re loving Fathers, Partners, Providers, Protectors, and everything else a Righteous Man should be.

One of the most important things People must realize when approaching and assessing any of these types of Movies that show the dysfunction/trauma going on with Original People in America is: The Institution of Slavery set the stage for most of these issues. Not only did the Institution of Slavery set the stage, b.u.t. it’s unaddressed trans-generational effects and further oppression/disenfranchisement of Black People further exacerbated these issues. So ultimately, we must never loose sight of the fact that we’re watching Victims victimizing themselves and eachother. This does not nullify taking responsibility for this dysfunction or uncivilized behavior, b.u.t. this lets us know that there’s much more than meets the eye. If we plan on seriously solving these issues as Adults, we need to know the full dimensions of our problems as a People, as a Family, as Companions, and as an Individual.

Peace!

The Order of Things

By: Universal Lord Life Justice

It's not what you admit to, it is what you plan to do about it, that makes all the difference in the world you're living in.” -Life

Besetting our efforts to rise up into a mighty Nation is the belief that Divinity is a birth right and that Women should be something other than equality. This is like a Mexican Stand-off, a game of Chicken, or Russian Roulette. Recognize that “the Father of the Devil” was an Original Black Man (4/1-14). There are eighty-five percent who are Black and ten percent who are Black. The Father of the Devil was born from a tribe of ‘dissatisfied’ Black People. You may look at him as God, because “God made Devil” (38/1-40), but his behavior was far beyond what we would call Righteous. He was described as a big head scientist experimenting with high explosives, as many of you are doing today.

Just because you are Black and have come to know how the Black Man of Asia saw himself before the White Man came scooping up all the prisoners of war our enemies in Central Asia captured, does not make you God. There are naturally Black and Brown, Dominate and Recessive amongst Black People, just as there were and are satisfied and dissatisfied among us as well. Interestingly enough, back in our past, ‘dissatisfaction’ with the social structure gave birth to the Devil (22,23,24/1-40). Nowadays, our ‘dissatisfaction’ with the devil's civilization is the main thrust in us to recapture our Culture! The tables have turned!

All of us can be “led in the wrong direction” (14/1-40), it is what you do afterwards that makes the difference. What good is it, if you admit you have faults yet add the word "but" onto your statements? “BUT’ is a contradictory word. The very nature of the word say Be-U-true to the square (of what is right), because the next couple of words or statements after saying that word will bring about nullifying results to what you just admitted. In other words, "Yeah, I was wrong for doing that ‘BUT’ you made me do it (and since you are responsible then if you don't start none, there won’t be none)," when you should know that “all that above is caused by the Sun of (and in) Man” (8/1-40)!

Godliness is a state of development. You will never evolve until you involve your self in doing and being right. You will never see what powers come out of the words you speak, until you take them seriously instead of using them to razzle dazzle people. Your contradictions make those words Self imposed prisons because as the Knowledge Born Degree in the Knowledge to your Culture's Cipher (19/1-40) clearly states (St. Luke 12:47) "and that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, and shall be beaten with many stripes." Many of you are upholding Red, White, and Blue stripes, and considering those ideals to be your own true Culture! Following behind Feminists and wondering why you keep ending up being alone. The Feminist Movement in America is largely run by lesbians. Their aim is not the reconciliation between Man and Woman, repairing of the Family, or having babies. Their aim is for Women to be with Women! So, though some of their points are valid, their direction and approach isn't. Why? Because they will always be adverse to the male population, for example. Did we originate these ideas? No, we pick them up from mass media in America. This is no different than the Man who feels Women are sex objects and not wise intelligent Human Beings. This is not the thinking that originates in our Lessons. This is not the ideas of “the Wise Man (and Woman) from the East”, or “Civilized People” as (Original People) we know them. (1,18/1-40)

Imagine, if you will, basing all your actions on things you know are true and right and exact... Could you conceive what would be the results of that? Even if you made the wrong assessment, your honesty and Self examination would have you analyze the approach until you figured the right result. But you have to want it and you must be able to take constructive criticism. If you can't take constructive criticism, you cannot benefit from the "all-eyes-seeing" in your Universal Family giving you jewels (37/1-40). It's not what you admit to, it is what you plan to do about it, that makes all the difference in the world you're living in. We might all claim Divinity, but not all of us feel that in our hearts. Owning up to your errors is a start but the positive education to correct your errors and leading a life that is based upon what you know to be true is “the best part that should be preserved” (1/1-14). And this goes for Women too! Many of you are destroying your own relationships by trying to construct something based on a momentary flash of light, while our Culture “is older than the Sun, Moon and Stars”! (9/1-10) You should spend more time getting to the hidden jewels in your Lessons, than spending your time trying to manipulate your Man in your own image. Sure, speak up about the inequalities, but respect your King! If our Women do not believe in her Man's ability to lead, how can our Nation even compete in today's Society? Women who are ‘dissatisfied’ need to talk to Wise, Intelligent, Nationalistic Black Women, instead of "cultural witches," because they are only miserable Women who want company. Remember, "He or Her without Knowledge of Self cannot Build, only Destroy, and take many other lives."

Slavery has really wounded all of our Self Esteem. Because of this, we must be patient, but we cannot find ourselves "searching for something that does not exist" (10/1-40); they must be "said persons of that ability” (20/1-40). While we are on that above Lesson, my persons always found the phrase, ‘must be punished by the Nation”, unnerving. It wasn't until I fully understood that the statement ‘said ability’ was the same as ‘they are built that way, just not aware of it’, did I get the secret of the Truth or Square Lesson in the Knowledge to your Culture's Cipher. The Jewel is this: “For those who want to live right and know the truth, the two-edge sword of justice is like a knife cutting through all the dumb stuff and obstructions, while making the path clearly laid out. For those who don’t, the truth hurts like a "punishment" or "a sword above their head" (9,10/1-14). Therefore, those who don't keep and obey the truth, feel the stripes. This is not a birthright, this is something you work for and get better at. It takes refinement and is a cleansing process. Catharsis (emotional and psychological cleansing) is part of the process.

Equality means to be equal in everything, which means to treat her as you, because she is Divine as you are but in a congruent way (equal in value, different in how it expresses itself). Remember: “All powers experienced on Earth are as a result of the interaction between the Sun and the Moon. It takes both forces to bring about the Black Family and Nation. It is the cooperation of both our forces that makes the world go around, not the domination of one over the other, or the wave of discontented people who are ‘dissatisfied’ with their roles within our Nation.” If you don't like our Culture, leave. Don't try to poison the well, or dismantle what is older than the Sun, Moon and Stars. WE DON'T NEED YOU WHO SAY, “I STUDY THIS, BUT I’M NOT A PART OF THIS!” You depend on National Readers, but you insult us by saying you don't even agree with us enough to say you are a part of The NGE. Any of us who seriously entertain the writings of such persons, need to have our own heads examined. These people disqualify themselves, from the gate, as spoke persons by stating they are not a part of! Emancipate yourself from your own self imposed prisons. Stop making foolish statements like, “I wouldn't have to act-up if you didn't make me!” This denies the validity of the Build (8th) Degree in the one to forty (1-40), as well as the lack of understanding to the Born (9th), Justice (10th), and the Knowledge-Knowledge (11th) Degrees in the one to forty (1-40). Get it right: There is no excuse for Civilized People to act Uncivilized. Just a lack of refinement. Are you saying that other's are so powerful that they can make you do something or behave ‘other than yourself”? (12/1-36)

Get your Mind right. Let's “overtake Jerusalem” (5/1-14). Let's “take the Devil off our Planet in one day without falling victim to the Devil's Civilization” (38,39,40/1-40)! Let's recapture our Culture and leave the Devil's Civilization to its own destruction.

Like you said sometime ago Saladin, “Many people are looking for a right way to do wrong.” That's just bad economics G. When you think about it, words are well-honed paths like math, and your attitude concerning them is what makes them work in your life. Attitude makes all the difference in the world! By this we don't mean posturing or pontification, we mean the way you feel, see and approach things. It's all on how you handle or begin to deal with things, but please stop making excuses for your actions or blaming the cause on other people! Many times you'll find, if you are honest with your persons, you can really see the truth in the statement that "Earthquakes are caused by the Son of Man experimenting with high explosives; in fact, all that above is caused by the Son of Man.” (8/1-40) People need to stop looking up in the sky for the reasons why their lives are the way that they are or blaming others for the roots of their own difficulties; they need to look at themselves. You are the author of your life. Nobody makes you do anything. In most cases, there is no gun to your head, and even if it was, you still have a choice. It’s all about what you accept, what you allow and what you do or don't do within your life. As George Clinton of the Parliament-Funkadelic stated, “An attitude is all you need to rise and walk away [from a bad circumstance]. Inspire yourself. Your life is yours, it fits you like your skin.” You have to feel confident in the things you do and what better way can you feel confident in something than to know its based upon knowledge and truth. Doing what you feel can never bring this type of confidence. After all, knowledge is the foundation of all things in existence -- even lies are spin-offs of the truth!

The root of CIVILIZATION IS IN ARABIA AT THE HOLY CITY OF MECCA which means WHERE KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM OF THE ORIGINAL MAN STARTED WHEN THE PLANET WAS FIRST FOUNDED (4/1-14)!” Recognize. The insecure feeling comes from not knowing where things are leading to. How could you when you don't have a firm foundation about your “origin in this world and worship things you know not” (14/1-40)? You can't base your like on feelings, hunches, rumors and words from your ‘yes-man buddies,’ and expect things to work out alright. You must have knowledge and a proper procedure(wisdom). Don't front. You will only act savage and uncivilized when People find out. Be real with your being and with others. Owning up is only part of it. Own up to your stuff and make real plans to change your ways. You are only fooling yourself if you “just talk” like you are. Everyone can see how phony you are but you. Allah has put a veil over your eyes for not choosing the truth. It chases up with a person. Roger Waters: ‘So you run and you run, to catch up with the Sun but it's sinking... waiting around to come up behind you again; Sun is the same, in a relative way -- but you're older -- shorter of breath and one day closer to death.” Persons like that need to stop taking paths which are not time-tested and founded on truth, knowledge and reality. They need to stop fashioning things that fit their cowardly natures. Even People who like to fight, are not always showing they are strong. Sometimes they are in misery and would like to make others feel miserable. Even if everyone would do what these people want, they would still be miserable because they are discontent.

There are a lot of fanciful and fantasized ideas out there amongst our People. A lot of it is founded by the ones who want to exalt Supreme Mathematics as the foundation and separate it from learning Lessons and the Goddess Complex. Both of these are foreign to what our teachings actually advocated and how the Father taught. I had this for 34 years now and I pretty much know the way it goes and who I've become by embracing it as my identity. If they want to experiment... fine... just don't call it five percent because it is not. Don't rely on our Foundation, because it is not. It is a new fangled idea, by those who “will not keep and obey the laws” (10/1-14), and therefore they have to be cut off from those who do. No one's telling them how to live, we are just telling them to take it elsewhere. They confuse our young. The most civilized way is always revealed when you ask, ‘What would God do in this situation?” If that is too abstract, then picture our righteous brother Jesus doing what you are thinking about doing. If it looks funky... that's probably because it is! “Are there any Gods other than Righteous?” (15/1-36) I'm sure a lot of Women, Earths and otherwise would like to field that question -- but before they do, remember how this started: The Father (Allah) was an Original Blackman and so was the Father of the Devil (Yacub). Their Movements were born from ‘dissatisfied’ Black People. Dissatisfied in the way we do things, and this brought about a change. When the Father taught in the Temple (#7), he was told to separate because it did not coincide with the NOI Curriculum at the time. He did and here-we-are. Notice that all of this falls under the Culture (4th) Degree. The question is: Is your Cultural ways Divine (Godly) or Destroy (Devilishment)? Only time will tell. A seed is assessed by the fruit that it bears. Only the best fruit gets to be called F.O.A. or F.O.E. (and that does not mean foe; although some Women we rest with are secretly just that). Women in The NGE are just as viable here as the Men but we do not advocate Feminism. That is a concept founded in the West and is largely controlled by lesbians who do not desire Men as their partners. Let them howl at the Moon, that is not our Culture. Our Culture “is older than the Sun, Moon, and Stars” (9/1-10), reflected in our Lessons, and indicative in the language that we speak. These others are “still searching for trillions of years” (10/1-40) like “savages in the pursuit of happiness”. (17/1-40)
